With The Nest membership, access is given to the restaurant, bar and other facilities from Sunday to Friday. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktails, or just a snack, something tasty can always be enjoyed. That said, bookings should be made in advance, even for a quick coffee. This way, a spot is guaranteed, and everything runs smoothly. The Nest isn't available on Saturdays. Your password to book a table is: NESTMEMBERS26
Spa Treatments and Spa Experiences are available to members on Mondays and Fridays only. Choose from Deep Tissue Massages, Pregnancy Massage, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy and Facials, all crafted by our skilled therapist to melt away tension and restore a sense of total serenity.
Arrive from 10.30am and ease into the day at your own pace. Every detail has been seen to: a plush robe, fresh towel and flip-flops laid out just for you, while the indoor and outdoor Spa facilities are available for you to enjoy until 1.30pm. Add on, for an additional charge, a Spa Menu at The Nest, a treatment, or both.
From 2pm, slip into your robe and let the afternoon unfold. The thermal wet spa facilities, swimming pool and outdoor hot tubs are there for you to drift between at your own pace until 5pm. Add on, for an additional charge, a Spa Menu at The Nest before for your experience starts, a treatment, or both.
From 8pm until 10pm, slip into two peaceful hours of thermal facilities, the swimming pool, sauna, ice bath and outdoor space, all beautifully quiet as the day winds down. The Twilight Spa Experience is an adult-only escape.
Activities like Mini Land Rovers, Archery, a Climbing Wall, Tennis, and Badminton can be enjoyed for an additional cost. However, they’re offered based on availability and only outside of school holidays, so booking in advance is always needed. The adventure play area is also available for your little ones to enjoy. Not available on Saturdays and in school holidays.
The perfect spot for local businesses needing a space to meet, host events or for families celebrating something special. Designed with larger groups in mind it's ideal for anything from team away days to family moments. If you'd like to hire this space for a business event click the link below. Our luxury onsite shop, The Stores can be explored during your visit. Le Creuset, Sophie Allport, and other home and giftware brands are stocked and ready to be discovered. Sweet treats and daily essentials are also available, so a little something extra can always be picked up. Not available on Saturday's.
A few things to keep in mind, The Nest Membership is exclusive and created to give you and Bainland guests the best possible experience. That’s why the terms are expected to be followed at all times. To keep things fair and enjoyable for everyone, memberships are carefully monitored. This way, a relaxed and respectful space can be enjoyed by everyone.
Members can visit Sunday to Friday. There will also be limited availability during school holidays. Saturdays are not available.

Yes, treatments should always be booked in advance and on Saturday's please show your treatment booking confirmation at the gate to be let onsite.
Unfortunately use of the Gym is not included in The Nest Membership. If you'd like to use the swimming pool you will need to book a Spa Experience.
Yes, all members need to book in advance even if you are just planning on having a drink. You may be turned away by our arrivals gate if you do not have a booking made.
Yes, every time you visit please make sure that you have your pass ready to be scanned at the gate.
This means you're pass has expired, please email nestmembership@bainland.co.uk to renew. Your pass will expire after a year.
No, if a family member or friend would like to visit The Nest they will need to apply for their own membership.
Any bookings for more than 8 guests will require a preorder in advance, a member of our restaurant team will either call or email you.
