When you book a Bainland luxury retreat, our beautiful 45-acre property is yours to explore. From woodland walks and cycle paths to more competitive activities such as Archery, Mini Land Rovers, Segways, Tennis, Badminton, and our climbing wall, you can enjoy your holiday your way. Or simply relax on your terrace or in your al fresco hot tub and enjoy stargazing in Lincolnshire's big night sky.
Our instructor-led activities are available 5 days a week. We recommend booking your activities prior to your stay to avoid disappointment.
Experience the ultimate in luxury and relaxation in our indoor heated pool area. Includes all indoor facilities such as the heated pool, heated loungers, steam room and sauna. A maximum of 16 guests can enjoy at a time, there are changing rooms, showers and lockers available. Swimming sessions are 7am - 8am, 8am - 9am, 9am - 10am, 5.30pm - 6.30pm and 6.30pm - 7.30pm. Available for £7.50 per person.
Start your day with a run on the treadmill, complete with virtual trainer support, or raise your heart rate on the cross trainer, exercise bike, or rowing machine. For a more mindful approach, yoga mats, medicine balls, and balance domes are all available to help you stretch, strengthen, and unwind. Our gym is complimentary for all guests to use and is open from 7.15am - 8.00pm. The new gym is located next to the Paddock, you can sign in once inside.
Our outdoor adventure play area is filled with log hollows, a zip line, slides, see-saws, swings, a climbing frame and fallen tree balance routes, all designed by one of the UK's leading specialist natural playground companies. This field of fun is located by The Nest - perfectly positioned for letting your little ones explore whilst you watch from the terrace.
At The Nest's Games Lounge the fun never ends, making it the perfect spot for family and friends to come together. Enjoy a game or two of American pool and full hour sessions of interactive darts. For the sports enthusiasts, catch the latest matches while sipping on your favourite tipples from our extensive drinks menu.
Whether you're rallying with family or challenging a friend to a friendly match, our brand new table tennis table is here for your enjoyment - completely complimentary for all guests. You'll find it nestled right next to the Dog Agility area, with all the paddles and balls stored neatly beneath the table, ready whenever you are. Doubles, singles, or simply a leisurely volley, however you choose to play, it's all about good fun and even better company. Game on.
Book one of our courts free of charge for a game of tennis or badminton - simply reserve them at the Activities Hub by the hour and you can play as many times as you like throughout your stay. We have all the equipment you need available for a small refundable deposit.
Explore the many beautiful Lincolnshire Lincolnshire trails by bike with our bike hire service. Whether you’re looking for a solo trip to get in the miles or a more relaxed family experience, our staff will happily set you up with bikes for the day. We have children’s sizes, trailer carts for toddlers, adult bikes, and electric bikes. Prices are from £15 for a standard bicycle and from £25 for an electric bike, so everyone can come along for the ride for their holiday.
Work on hitting that bullseye in our instructor-led archery sessions. Available for anyone over the age of 8 to enjoy for just £10 per person for an hour, you can embrace your inner Robin Hood and improve your shot. Learn how to set up your bow and draw correctly, the proper stance for shooting and how to improve your chances of hitting the bullseye in our fun-filled activity.
A fun, instructor-led session using safe suction-cup arrows. Kids will learn how to load, aim, and shoot, developing confidence and coordination in a secure environment. A perfect introduction to archery! £7.50per person. Please note at least 1 adult must be present to supervise.
Let your little adventurers take the wheel in our Crazi-Bugz, a super-fun, off-road driving experience made just for the family. These quirky six-wheeled buggies are easy to control, packed with excitement and designed with safety in mind, so the kids (and big kids) can enjoy. Ideal for ages 6 to 14 and is £15 per person.
Do your little ones love the idea of driving their own car? Our instructor-led mini Land Rover experience is a great way to let them take the wheel in absolute safety. Mini Land Rovers is available at a charge of £7.50 per car. Our luxury rural retreat has a Land Rover track so that our smallest guests can roam under the watchful eye of trained instructors and have the time of their lives as they feel just like a grown up.
A fantastic way to explore our 45 acre estate in our brand new heavy duty all-terrain Segways. For our guests aged 14 and over, our instructor-led sessions. We will wind and weave through woodlands and explore our pathways, saying hi to our donkeys, hens and goats along the way. Our Segway adventures cost £20.00 per person and there needs to be an adult over 18 on each session.
Get the adrenalin pumping on a rock climbing adventure. Our bespoke climbing wall has been created for adventurers of all levels. Enjoy a session and see how fast you can scurry up the wall and past the obstacles. At £7.50 per person for a 30-minute session, it’s a great chance to try something new, entertain energetic little ones or give adults an all-over workout.
Instructor-led, our street karting sessions are designed for outdoor fun. Enjoy a little competition as you race on our new track using your body weight to manoeuvre around the twists and turns. On your marks, get set and GO! Sessions cost £7.50 per person for a maximum of 4 people per session.
For just £20, you can enjoy a full hour of dart-throwing excitement, available for up to 10 players. Immerse yourself in the competitive spirit as you aim for the perfect score, all while enjoying the cosy ambiance of The Nest's Games Lounge. Interactive Darts is guaranteed to keep all your family and friends entertained with a host of different games to choose from. Children must be over the age of 14 and accompanied by an adult to take part.
