When you book a Bainland luxury retreat, our beautiful 45-acre property is yours to explore. From woodland walks and cycle paths to more competitive activities such as archery, mini Land Rovers, tennis, badminton, football and our climbing wall, you can enjoy your holiday your way. Or simply relax on your terrace or in your al fresco hot tub and enjoy stargazing in Lincolnshire’s big night sky.

Enjoy a little competition

Book one of our courts free of charge for a game of tennis or badminton - simply reserve them at the Activities Hub by the hour and you can play as many times as you like throughout your stay. We have all the equipment you need available for a small refundable deposit. Little ones will also love the play area and treehouse, with slides, scramble nets, and rope bridges galore.

HOME YOUR INNER ROBIN HOOD

Brush up on your archery

Work on hitting that bullseye with our instructor-led archery classes. Available for anyone over the age of 8 for just £12.50 per person for an hour, you can embrace your inner Robin Hood and improve your shot. Learn how to set up your bow and draw correctly, the proper stance for shooting and how to improve your chances of hitting the bullseye in our fun-filled classes.

ENJOY A 4x4 EXPERIENCE

Let the little ones take the wheel

Do your little ones love the idea of driving their own car? Our instructor-led mini Land Rover experience is a great way to let them take the wheel in absolute safety. Mini Land Rovers is available at a charge of £10 per car. Our luxury rural retreat has a Land Rover track so that our smallest guests can roam under the watchful eye of trained instructors and have the time of their lives as they feel just like a grown up.

Book our swimming pool

What could be better than jumping into a refreshing pool on a sunny day? Now the whole family can enjoy time splashing about as our swimming pool is available for private hire per lodge. Enjoy the feeling of your own private pool at just £30 for a one-hour hire. Kids can leap in and out of the waters and adults can enjoy a sedate swim or simply sit in the sunshine and watch the little ones in action.

Hire a bike at Bainland

Explore the many beautiful Lincolnshire trails by bike with our bike hire service. Whether you’re looking for a solo trip to get in the miles or a more relaxed family experience, our staff will happily set you up with bikes for the day. We have children’s sizes, trailer carts for toddlers, and adult bikes. Prices are £15 for a standard bicycle, and tricycle model, so everyone can come along for the ride of your holiday.

SCALE HEADY HEIGHTS

Try our bespoke climbing wall

Get the adrenalin pumping on a rock climbing adventure. Our bespoke climbing wall has been created for adventurers of all levels. Enjoy a session and see how fast you can scurry up the wall and past the obstacles. At £10 per person for a 30-minute session, it’s a great chance to try something new, entertain energetic little ones or give adults an all-over workout.

MORE THAN JUST A KICK ABOUT

Football sessions for kids of all ages

Instructor-led, our football sessions are designed for a healthy dose of outdoor fun with a series of drills and different activities within each 30 minute session. Head to our Activity Hub to book for age groups 5 – 9 years and 10 – 14 years. Sessions cost £5 per person for a maximum of 10 people per group.

FIRST TO THE FINISH LINE

Street karting for all ages

Instructor-led, our street karting sessions are designed for outdoor fun. Enjoy a little competition as you race on our new track using your body weight to manoeuvre around the twists and turns. On your marks, get set and GO! Sessions cost £10 per person for a maximum of 4 people per session.

OUR ADVENTURE PLAY AREA

Fun for all the little ones

Our new outdoor adventure play area is filled with log hollows, see saws, swings, a climbing frame and fallen tree balance routes, all designed by one of the UK's leading specialist natural playground companies. this field of fun is located by The Nest - perfectly positioned for letting kids explore whilst you watch from the terrace.
