Larger groups can take things a step further, as the van can be booked exclusively for an evening as part of our In Lodge Dining.

To accompany the menu, Adnams Wild Wave Cider and Benediktiner are also served, making the perfect pairing for a delicious slice.

For groups of 10 or more, Goose & Dough can be privately hired for the evening as part of our In Lodge Dining. The van is parked right outside, so freshly cooked pizzas can be enjoyed at your luxury lodge. Each one is made to order using only the freshest ingredients, with classic Pepperoni, Margherita and Hawaiian all served straight from the oven. Prices start from £1000.
The In Lodge Team need 7 working days notice to be able to arrange Goose & Dough for private hire.
All payments at Bainland are taken by card only, contactless is an option too.
When Goose & Dough is parked at The Nest, you don't need to book. Advance booking is only required for private hire.
