If your holiday is less than one month away then full payment is required. Otherwise you can pay a 10% deposit to secure your booking, and then pay your balance 4 weeks before you are due to arrive.
If for some reason you need to cancel your booking more than 4 weeks in advance of your stay, you will lose the deposit paid. If the full amount has been paid, this will be refunded less the deposit amount. We are able to change bookings to other dates more suitable to you, so it is best to contact us direct to discuss your options. Cancellations made within 4 weeks of your arrival date will be considered by the park management.

All of our lodges are on one level. Some have step free access, whilst others have a small step over the threshold of the door. We can recommend certain lodges which are bigger and have more space. We have tried very hard to accommodate people with mobility issues, and we hope you find them easy to use. Check our website or contact the park direct where we will be able to give advice and cater for your needs.
During term times, mid week breaks are especially quiet. Even when the park is full it feels like you are the only people here.
To ensure you are allocated a pet friendly lodge, please check that the lodge selected in the drop down menu at the time of booking states 'pet friendly' next to it. If the a lodge name appears without this, it does not accept pets. If in doubt get in contact, and we will be more than happy to help.
