Why isn't the promo code working?

This means the promo code has either expired or you are trying to use it on a getaway during the Christmas period. All special offers exclude Christmas & New year periods.
How do I know if a promo code has expired?

Please check if you received an email campaign from us or check our social media accounts for an expiry date. Any promotion codes in 2024, expired either by the end date stated in the email or social post, or automatically on January 1st, 2025.
Can I apply more than one discount to a booking?

Only one discount can be applied to each booking, and we cannot add discounts to a booking that has already been made.

Love love loved it! It’s true what they say, you get what you pay for. Yes Bainland is a little bit more expensive than other places but the service & experience I had was second to none. The whole entrance into the lodge was a total ‘wow!’. Exceptionally well kept surroundings. Wish it was my home!
