For something a bit more social, our fabulous restaurant & bar – The Nest – features a bistro-inspired menu for breakfast, lunch, dinner and anything in between. You can also join us for cracking cocktails at the bar, live music on select evenings, Sunday roasts with all the trimmings, or cosy up on our standout all-weather terrace with our blanket collection. Lincolnshire is famous for big night skies and with minimum light pollution, it is perfect for star-gazing. All of Bainland’s lodges feature generous outdoor hot tubs, all of which are cleaned and heated on arrival and perfectly positioned to take advantage of night time views. - Take Woodland Walks
Nothing beats woodland walks in the winter. At Bainland we have a host of stunning walks direct from our doorstep – from scenic forests to river walks and open countryside – and many of these are dog-friendly too so there is no reason to leave your pooch at home. - Take on a Challenge
Bring out your competitive spirit by signing up to Bainland’s sought-after instructor-led activities. Be it Street carts or Segways for two, a race to the top of the climbing wall or a bagging a bullseye in Archery, our activities are a great way to reconnect and always good fun. Alternatively, you can hire racquets to play tennis or badminton or rent bikes from our dedicated Activities Hub – our team are on hand to show you the ropes. Our luxury lakeside cabins feature everything you’ll need for a romantic break. Dotted around our lake, which is teaming with wildlife, this collection of cabins feature interiors inspired by the mountain lodges of America, with a romantic English countryside twist. With a wood-burning stove, rainfall shower, al fresco hot tub and giant king sized bed – our lakeside cabins are the perfect hideaway for two.
Our newest lodge is The Treehouse – a secluded one-bedroom lodge elevated within a canopy of trees with a decked terrace, al fresco hot tub, and stunning lakeside views. The interiors include a sumptuous king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a gorgeous snug with Smart TV for movie nights.
Our Shepherd’s Huts are situated in their own private gated garden with an al fresco hot tub and double hammock. With an open plan living area including a double bed, fully fitted kitchen, cosy sofa, and underfloor heating, The Shepherd’s Huts offer the perfect combination of privacy and relaxation for two.
