To ensure that we provide you with the best possible experience, we kindly request that all members make a reservation prior to visiting. Please note that walk-in arrangements are unavailable. Booking a table in advance allows us to prepare for your arrival, ensuring that we have everything ready to make your visit truly exceptional. 2. Exclusivity of The Membership
To maintain the exclusivity of the membership, for any booking made at The Nest, you, as the member, must be present during the dining experience. We regret to inform you that family members, friends or colleagues are unable to dine in The Nest without your presence.
3. Member Dining
Saturdays are not available for member dining. However, we are pleased to extend our membership privileges from Sunday to Friday. This allows us to dedicate our full attention to you during your visits, and truly showcase the benefits of your membership.
To facilitate a smooth entry, we kindly request that you present your membership pass at the gate during each visit. Our friendly Arrival Hosts will be there to warmly welcome you and verify your membership pass upon your arrival. By presenting your membership pass, we can swiftly confirm your membership status, ensuring a seamless entry process for you.
5. Membership Cancellation
While we endeavour to maintain an inclusive community, there may be rare circumstances where we may need to cancel a membership. Please be assured that such instances would only occur if necessary. We understand that unforeseen situations may arise from time to time, requiring us to make difficult decisions. Should such a situation arise, we will make every effort to communicate and discuss the matter with you directly.
6. Members Behaviour
While it is extremely rare, there may be instances where we are compelled to address behaviours that are deemed abusive or disruptive, to our guests, other members of The Nest, or staff we reserve the right to take appropriate action, which may include the cancellation of a membership.
7. Expiration Of The Membership
Your membership is valid for one year from the date of acceptance. As your membership expiration approaches, we will offer you the option to renew your membership. By renewing, you can continue to enjoy the exceptional experiences that come with being a member of The Nest.
Your enjoyment at The Nest is of utmost importance to us. If, by any chance, your dining experience falls short of your expectations, we ask that you reach out to us via email. Your feedback is highly valued, and we want to address any concerns you may have in the most effective and efficient manner possible. To provide you with the best possible resolution, we kindly request that you refrain from posting your review online. Instead, we encourage you to directly communicate with us via email. This approach allows our dedicated Membership Team to promptly address your feedback and ensure that any issues are thoroughly investigated and resolved. We want to inform you that while we provide access to The Nest from Sundays to Fridays, there may be occasions when we need to temporarily withdraw availability to accommodate our guests. These instances may occur on special days, or other significant events that require us to adjust the availability. Rest assured that we will make every effort to inform you in advance about any temporary withdrawals of facility availability. Our aim is to keep you well-informed and minimise any inconvenience that may arise from these adjustments. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the availability of our facilities on specific days or events, please do not hesitate to reach out to our dedicated team.
11. Facilities Available Within Your Membership
We would like to kindly remind you that your membership is exclusively for The Nest, and it does not grant access to other facilities at Bainland. It is important to us that we maintain the privacy and enjoyment of all guests at Bainland, and we appreciate your cooperation in respecting their privacy within their lodges. Should there be any updates or changes to your membership that would allow access to additional facilities at Bainland, we will inform you via email. Until such notification is received, we kindly ask that you limit your usage to The Nest, our Adventure Play area and The Stores only. Respecting the privacy and tranquillity of Bainland guests within their lodges is essential in ensuring a pleasant and relaxing experience for everyone. By adhering to this, we can uphold the peaceful atmosphere and provide an exceptional stay for all visitors at Bainland.
