Whether you’re planning a romantic retreat, a fun-filled family escape, a large gathering for celebrations or a dog-friendly adventure, we have the perfect self-catering holiday destination just for you! 

Our new lodges have been carefully designed with your comfort and enjoyment in mind, offering luxurious finishes, and a touch of nature right at your doorstep. Each lodge is more than just a place to stay; it’s where you can unwind, explore, and truly feel at home. 

Noka  

Designed for large family gatherings or Corporate Retreats, Noka is the ultimate escape. This stunning two story, 10-bedroom lodge set on its own private lake, complete with a beach for building sandcastles, two luxury hot tubs and a fire pit to relax around in the evenings. The interior is inspired by Japanese barns with a blend of rustic English charm featuring a bespoke DeVol kitchen, billiard room with an American pool table, poker table and a bar for celebrating any occasion.

The Cove  

Our new collection of four-bedroom lodges, nestled by the lake and surrounded with stunning landscapes by award-winning Influence Landscapes. Gather in the spacious open-plan living area, warmed by a Morso log burner, or relax in one of the four ensuite bedrooms, where skylights invite you to stargaze from your bed. Outside, a small sandy beach inspired by the Lincolnshire coastline awaits, as well as a luxury hot tub and Vincent Shepherd seating.

Honeysuckle 

Perfect for a romantic retreat, Honeysuckle is our new handcrafted Shepherd’s Hut, offering a cosy and intimate retreat in a secluded private garden. With a fully equipped kitchen, wood-burning stove, beautiful textiles by William Morris and double French doors that open to a large terrace with a covered hot tub.
