The Orchard
Sleeping up to eight guests – this is a spacious and luxurious four bedroom lodge with its own private garden.Say hello to The Orchard. Our newest addition to Bainland sleeps up to 8 guests in four beautifully designed ensuite bedrooms. The Orchard’s large west-facing garden is completely enclosed for privacy and peace of mind for a stress-free dog friendly and family friendly holiday.
The spacious decked veranda holds two four-seater outdoor hot tubs facing the garden, as well as our signature fire pit for cooking on or for sitting around and enjoying the big night sky.
As with all our lodges, The Orchard comes with a fully equipped kitchen with all the mod-cons, including an American style fridge freezer with ice-maker, Bosch appliances, Le Creuset cookware and a kitchen island with breakfast bar. The living spaces include dining for 8 and a sprawling sofa for loafing or watching movies on the lodge’s 55” Smart TV which is also connected to our super-fast WiFi. There is also a video game arcade for some retro fun!
Two of the four bedrooms can be configured with a king-sized bed or converted to twin beds as needed. All bedrooms feature luxury ensuite bathrooms.
The Orchard has a fully enclosed garden and is dog friendly. We welcome up to 4 dogs per booking for the relevant charges. Each pet will receive their very own doggy welcome pack on arrival.
The lodge briefly includes;

- Each bedroom has a smart 32 inch TV which is fully connected to our WIFI allowing you to watch movies in bed!
- The kitchen has all Bosch appliances including an American Fridge Freezer with ice and water dispenser.
- Full Le Creuset cookware allowing you to cook as much or as little as you want.
- Massive sofa, to comfortably sit 8.
- 8 Seater dining table.
- 2 Jacuzzi hot tubs with seating for 8 on your own private gated veranda.

A 10% deposit is required today, the remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Monthly payments are also available.
