Linda Barker exclusively designed our 4 bed 4 bath lodges for Bainland. Beautifully designed in olives, dark woods and beautiful prints this lodge is one of the best on our park.

This lodge has a very very generous private enclosed garden, just perfect for kids and dogs, alongside a very private hot tub.  Chestnut's beautiful garden also features football net.

The lodge is very spacious with a fully stocked kitchen, dining table, and lounge overlooking the 55" smart TV.  Two bedroom's both with ensuite's are located on either side of this area.

The lodge briefly includes;

• All beds made up prior to your arrival.
• Each bedroom has a smart 32 inch TV which is fully connected to our WIFI allowing you to watch movies in bed!
• The kitchen has all Bosch appliances including an American Fridge Freezer with ice and water dispenser.
• Full Le Creuset cookware allowing you to cook as much or as little as you want.
• Massive sofa, to comfortably sit 8.
• 8 Seater dining table.
• Outside a sunken Jacuzzi hot tub with seating for 8 on your own private gated veranda.
• The private garden is huge, seriously huge and is fenced all round to keep all pets and children in place. Over looking mature woodland.
• Total privacy - No one can see you get in or out of the hot tub

A 10% deposit is required today, the remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Monthly payments are also available.
