A mini 4x4 Land Rover adventure
Let the little ones take the wheel with a mini Land Rover experience. At Bainland, we’ve created a Land Rover track with an instructor on hand so smaller guests can enjoy driving just like mum and dad in a completely safe environment. If they’ve always dreamed of being in the driving seat, they’ll love this 4x4 driving experience.
Take the plunge
Nothing beats the freedom of wild swimming. There are two lodges with private swimming lakes at Bainland, perfect for peaceful morning swims just as the sun is rising or splashing about as a family. With six more swimming lakes coming soon, this could well become one of your favourite outdoor activities in Lincolnshire as a family.
Hit the court
Fancy getting a little bit competitive during your time away? We have you sorted. You can take the whole family down to one of our on-site tennis and badminton courts. This activity is complimentary when you stay in one of our luxury lodges, all you have to do is book your session at reception, and we’ll give you rackets, balls, shuttlecocks and everything you need for a game. Take to two wheels
When it comes to Lincolnshire activities, there is nothing better than exploring the pristine countryside on two wheels. Bainland is surrounded by a network of trails and routes, and we can happily help you find a favourite. We offer bike hire from just £15, and we have adult and children’s bikes as well as trailer carts for your little ones so that everyone can come along for the ride.
Walk this way
At Bainland, even four-legged members of the family are welcome. The majority of our lodges are dog-friendly, and they’ll even receive their own goodie bag on arrival. There are also some lovely walks you can all enjoy together, and we’re happy to point out the best dog-friendly beaches and walking trails so you can enjoy the best of the Lincolnshire coast and countryside.
Cook up a storm
Sometimes all you want to do on holiday is pour a glass of wine and cook a delicious meal for the family. Whether it’s in the kitchen, making the most of the gorgeous Le Creuset kitchenware, or an al fresco experience, lighting up the fire pit, there’s a chance to enjoy making each meal a family occasion. Then finish off your warm summer evening around the fire, where the little ones can enjoy toasting some marshmallows for the perfect sweet treat.
Let the games begin
Nothing beats a family sports game, and we have plenty to offer so you can set up on one of our open green areas. The activities don’t even need to be booked, you can just come by and borrow the equipment for your chosen game. Will it be rounders, cricket or basketball? Perhaps some five-a-side football or a game of volleyball. All you have to do is pay a small deposit to rent the equipment and then see which team wins.

Bring the extended family together and stay in one of our exclusive 12-bedroom villas, with en suites for everyone, and impeccable design throughout. Outside you’ll love splashing around in the private heated pool, which has a glass cover for cooler days. And with two hot tubs, there’s room for everyone to enjoy a soak. Meet the locals
We’ve got a few new residents at Bainland, and they’ve been making quite the impression on our younger guests. Our rescue llamas love meeting new people, and we’ve also got hens and goats. Come and meet them face to face, find out their stories and enjoy a hands-on wildlife experience right on the doorstep of your lodge.
