CARAVAN SITE

CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE FOR TOURING CARAVANS

The Proprietors reserve the right to refuse a reservation or to terminate a booking of any person whose conduct is detrimental to the well-being or comfort of other Park Visitors. All caravans must be pitched in accordance with the direction of the Management. (All ‘A’ frames to face the road where appropriate).
All dogs must be kept on a short lead at all times, exercised in the designated area and they must not be left unattended in caravans or tents.
ALL FOULING MUST BE CLEANED UP IMMEDIATELY
No ball games shall be played in any area other than the play area. Please do not cause a disturbance by playing games between tents and caravans.
All litter must be put in the bins and all pitches kept tidy.
Speed limits and road directions must be adhered to. Strictly 10mph (16kph) for cars and bicycles. Bicycles and scooters must be ridden with care and consideration for other people on the Park. Riders may be banned if this request is not adhered to.
MOTORISED/BATTERY OPERATED SCOOTERS, SKATEBOARDS AND ROLLER BLADES ARE NOT PERMITTED
No caravan to remain on any one pitch for more than 28 days (except minimum three month season pitches). All clothes must be washed in the laundry and hot water should not be removed from the toilet blocks to the caravans. A token operated laundry is available.
Barbecues are permitted. Certain restrictions apply. Please enquire.
No kite flying within the area of the Park.
Supervision of children: Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children and all minors on the Park and in the use of Park facilities.
Swimming Pool: All children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Diving or jumping into the pool is not allowed.
Please respect the occupants of other units on the Park by keeping the noise to a minimum especially after 11:00pm.
Under Age Drinking: Whilst we hope that everyone enjoys their stay, we are a family park and will not tolerate any under age drinking.

PAYMENT OF YOUR FEE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CONDITIONS

We advise that your caravan is fully insured as NO RESPONSIBILITY CAN BE ACCEPTED BY THIS COMPANY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE WHILST ON SITE.

Limited Winter and Summer Seasons Caravan Storage is available.
